Since joining BladeCore in 2017 as a Regional Business Manager, Ryan Coslov has helped shape the growth and direction of both BladeCore and ShearCore. Now serving as Director of Sales, Ryan oversees sales initiatives across the Southeast while supporting the broader national team.
Known throughout the industry for his commitment to customer relationships and exceptional service, Ryan has earned a respected reputation across the recycling and demolition markets. Ryan’s leadership, insight, and people-first approach continue to propel BladeCore forward.
🔶 Leah Glucoft – Regional Business Manager, West
A proud third-generation scrapper, Leah Glucoft brings unmatched passion and perspective to the industry. She’s been part of the BladeCore family for almost nine years, but scrap has been part of her life since day one.
Leah’s philosophy is simple—and powerful:

🔶 Chris Fodor – Regional Business Manager, Northeast
With more than 16 years at Exodus Global, Chris Fodor is no stranger to supporting customers with top-tier products. Joining the BladeCore team in 2024, Chris also represents the Fortress line of shears offering a unique blend of expertise across both cutting and processing solutions.
Chris shares what keeps him motivated after nearly two decades:

🔶 Aaron O’Shaughnessy – Regional Business Manager, South
Aaron O’Shaughnessy began his BladeCore journey in Inside Sales, where he built a strong foundation in product knowledge and customer support. His career expanded to Connect Work Tools as a Midwest Business Manager and later to General Equipment—giving him a broad understanding of attachments, equipment, and field needs.
Today, Aaron is back with the ShearCore and BladeCore team in a Regional Business Manager role, supporting the South region. His experience, reliability, and dedication to customer success make him a trusted partner for operations of all sizes.
🔶 Karen Griffin – Inside Sales Manager & International Sales Lead
For the past four years, Karen Griffin has been the voice customers rely on when they call BladeCore. As Inside Sales Manager, she ensures seamless communication, efficient order support, and fast turnaround.
Karen also serves as the primary contact for all international customers, helping expand BladeCore’s footprint far beyond North America. Her attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction are second to none.
