BladeCore Return & Exchange Policy

At BladeCore, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you need to return or exchange blades, please follow the steps below:

Important: Returns and exchanges must be initiated within one year of the original purchase date.

1. Complete the RMA Form
To expedite your return, all requests must include a completed RMA Form.

2. Warranty Coverage
BladeCore offers a warranty on our blades that covers any manufacturing defects for the first edge.

  • If a defect is found within the first 4 hours of operation, we will replace the blade at no cost. (If a blade is defective due to manufacturing, failure typically occurs within this time period.)
  • This warranty applies only to the first edge and does not cover wear or damage caused by normal use, misuse, or improper maintenance.
  • Blade Tips are limited to a maximum of 10 hours of runtime

3. Return Conditions

  • All returned blades must be inspected and approved by BladeCore before credit or replacement is issued.
  • Shipping instructions will be provided after your RMA request is reviewed.
  • Returns must be initiated within one year of the original purchase date. 

4. Exchanges

  • If you need to exchange blades for a different size or type, please indicate this on your RMA Form.
  • Exchanges must be initiated within one year of the original purchase date. 
  • Additional charges may apply if the replacement product differs in price.
